David B. Lafever has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. He worked for a decade in the biomedical and industrial electronics fields before coming to rehabilitation engineering in 1992. Some of Dave's products are still selling today - almost 30 years after he designed them.
Beth A. Waite-Lafever has a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Ball State University and is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association. She is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana and also has a state teacher's license. In addition, Beth is a Certified Assistive Technology Specialist by RESNA and a Certified LAMP Professional by The Center for AAC and Autism. She has presented nationally and internationally for over 25 years.
Beth received the Professional Achievement Award from the Indiana Speech and Hearing Association for 2017.
